My name is Andrew Nguyen and I’ve finally started a food blog!  After over a year of critically seeking out independent restaurants in Orange County and the Inland Empire, taking photos, and meeting awesome people I’m ready to share my thoughts with you.  I’m taking in food and I’m spitting out reviews, thoughts, and ideas.

Some things to note:

• I took photos of all the food you see on the site. You can see more of my photos at my flickr.  All copyright belongs to me, Andrew Nguyen, and no work on this site may be reproduced without my permission.  If you do want to hire me as a photographer, check out my other site over at MeetAndrew.com
• The restaurants don’t pay me for my reviews.  If I’m ever comped anything or invited to visit a restaurant by the owner, I will make that perfectly clear to you in my review.  Authenticity is important to me.
• I encourage you to respond to my reviews, whether you may agree or disagree, as long as it is constructive.  Unless you’re spamming, being vulgar, or resorting to name calling, I won’t delete your comment.
